Raw Cotton Bales

We, at our ISO 9001:2008 certified company produce cotton products, like cotton bales, Raw Cotton Bales, cotton seed hulls CLV, cotton seed cake, cotton seed, cotton lint 2nd cut CLV and cotton seed oil. The major difference between cotton bales and organic cotton bales is the type of cotton used. Organic cotton is produced without making use of any pesticides. The cotton is passed through ginning and pressing processes to form raw cotton bales, which are further used for making yarn and fabric. In these two processes, the raw cotton is cleaned, cotton lint is separated from cotton seed, moisture is removed and lint is pressed. The cotton seed separated can be used for extracting oil. The Raw Cotton Bales can be measured by width, length, tie, bulge, volume and density. Textile mills are the major buyers of bales, while cottonseed oil mills are largest purchasers of cotton seeds.
